Intermarket analysis can be useful. It can also be useless and lead one down the road of unfounded bias. Maybe we are there. But we keep thinking, based on what we see happening in China, sooner or later (and now sooner) the path being blazed by Chinese stocks will be followed by the other key asset classes that were once highly correlated.
