It's the "political economy" stupid
We suggest you take some time to read an excellent piece by George Friedman, chief guru at Stratfor.com related to politics and markets. We are not sure if predicting political action is any easier than predicting stock market action, as Mr. Friedman seems to suggest, regardless, he makes some excellent points as it relates to Germany's role in the Eurozone and why we do ourselves a disservice pretending we can separate politics from the economy and markets.
